Psychospiritual coaching sessions are designed to identify parts of Self that need love and care, release inherited familial and past-life patterns and deprogram the layers of collective burdens that have separated you from your Self and keep you from reaching your full potential. We work together to remove blocks, unwind thought-forms and access your Self wisdom and innate healing abilities.

I also offer spiritual mentorship for those going through a spiritual awakening.
